But if you're somebody who understands supplements, you will know that any product that shows immediate gains also has immediate losses. After consuming 2 packs, there was a definite weight gain and i can safely say, the weight stays with you even if you take a break in between. Also surprisingly, the other notable effects like improved skin tone,texture and quality of hair, better bowel movement, increased metabolism and higher energy levels are something you wouldn't expect. 3.0 out of 5 stars Taste is bad. It doesn't suit everyone. It results in nausea even on taking just half the recommended dosage. Full dosage causes full fledged vomiting bouts. Avoidable. The three stars are because it may be effective in improving protein levels and energy levels. But not worth the experience. Since it is so expensive, the choice is between wasting the money and self torture of finishing it.
