We did a testing by putting my tv on full volume but my partner in the other room was able to hear me loud and clear with no passive sound. Active and passive voice isolation quality is the best. Only issue is it only gets paired with any apple device which has your ID. I cant pair it on my windows laptop or even my office apple mobile.

But whatever this little thing offers in terms of sound quality is mind blowing. Every feature works like a charm and it is so damn well made, the hardware almost dissolves into seamlessness once you start using it daily - in classic Apple fashion.

1.0 out of 5 stars I purchased AirPods Pro (3rd Gen) from Amazon, but unfortunately the product I received was defective. The earbuds were not charging at all right from the beginning. Instead of offering a replacement or refund, Amazon asked me to send the product to the Apple Authorized Service Centre for repair. This was extremely disappointing, especially since the product was brand new. The product has been returned for repair, and I am still waiting to receive the repaired unit. Overall, the experience has been frustrating and time-consuming. I expected much better support for such a premium product. I hope Amazon improves its handling of defective products, particularly for high-value electronics.
